Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Please note that delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your tracking information shows a delay, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

Damaged Items
We take care when packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and assist you.
