Connecting People to the Earth

My spiritual journey began in 2020, when I attended an event that changed the direction of my life. At that time, I felt as though I was walking in circles—repeating patterns and searching for an exit I couldn’t find.

I began to understand my self-worth and realized that so much of what I had been searching for outside of myself—love, peace, and purpose.

One of the most important practices I carried from that experience was yoga. Through movement and conscious breathing, yoga can strengthen and open the body while helping calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. For me, it became more than an exercise, it became a way to slow down and reconnect with myself.

Later that same year, my journey led me to Mount Shasta. I learned about the spiritual traditions and beliefs around Shasta, including that it is one of Earth's powerful energetic centers or portals.

It was there that many pieces of my journey began to come together: the love of community, my experiences with plant medicine, and my growing connection with crystals and spiritual practices.

This Is Us

Those experiences eventually became part of the inspiration behind Divine Spirit, my spiritual store.

Divine Spirit is more than a store to me. It represents pieces of my own journey. The crystals, cleansing tools, and spiritual items I select are connected to practices that helped me create sacred space, become more present, and reconnect with myself.

Today, I understand that coming into a circle isn't about having all the answers. We each arrive carrying our own experiences, lessons, intentions, and energy.

We come to the circle as individuals, but when we gather with intention, we create community.

My journey continues, and Divine Spirit is one of the ways I share what I have discovered along the way.
